Conducted by a qualified building surveyor. This survey is particularly suited for older,larger, or more complex properties, as well as those with known issues or planned renovations. The Level 3 Survey Report  provides a thorough examinationof the property's structure, both internally and externally, identifying anydefects, potential problems, and necessary repairs. This report helps you to negotiate the price of the property and will help you decide whether to proceed with the purchase.
