We asked Ms Jilla to survey the property of mid 19 th century that we put an offer on. She was honest and objective, made us feel at ease. The report arrived within the advised. She paid attention to all the details and defects and gave us advice and solutions. She found a problem with roofing and leaking with a boom camera and insecure flooring in upstairs landing, also a danger of an old big trees close to house. We were very happy with her work and couldn’t imagine a better service.
